Dark Passage
Tuesday, June 22, 2010 Why not make the walk through the hall just as lovely as the destination? Lately, I’ve seen many rooms with black walls, black furnishings, and neutral accents. See them below. The black rooms are incredibly striking yet they have a restrained and casual feel. Could I ever be this bold?
I’m always trying to lighten my spaces since I live in a 1930s Tudor home on a lot full of shady trees. Now I’m telling myself “don’t be afraid of the dark - embrace it.”
